This could have been just another personal blog, but we want to make it a bit different. We want to share our experiences and stories, and we would be happy receive more of the same from you readers. Having spent roughly half a century in DXing, we believe we have some stuff to share that might make the site worth the while.
Apart from DXing and looking for QSL’s, we have seen clubs from insida, we have been travelling and participating in Dxpeditions, and we have also been producing a fair amount of written material. We beg our reader to bear with us while we are trying to populate these pages. Our aim is to try and shed some of the enthusiasm we have felt ourselves during these years. Udine in Italy and Borås in Sweden, where we live, are united by an imaginary line, the 13th longitude east. Our friendship dates back to 1977 (and beyond) when we happened to meet in Barcelona, Spain. We hope that the 13th Parallel will turn into a line of friendship and solidarity between nations, and, most importantly, between people who share one common activity, the one we know as DXing.
